Conditions of Let  

If a bar is required, licence may be applied for until 12.00 midnight. This remains the responsibilty of the letter.

All bookings (including deposit) must be paid in advance of let/event or entry to the hall will not be permitted.

Hall must be cleared, cleaned and vacated by 1.30.am unless other arrangements have been made and approved in advance.

Deposit will be refunded after the let/event once the hall has been inspected and approved to be in a satisfactory and clean condition. If any damage has been caused to hall building or equipment within or additional cleaning has to be instructed then deposit will not be refunded or may only be refunded in part.

Local clubs and organisations may forego normal block booked dates required by Hall Committee to allow for other bookings.
